Your back is one of the most important parts of your body because it is a foundational group of muscles that allows you to have a strong posture and supports a strong core.

I had to change my back workout a little bit today since there was someone on the lat pulldown machine when I walked in.

Here is my workout break down:

  1. Stretch Session
  2. Chainsaw Drop Set
    • 50 – 45 – 40 – 35 – 30 lbs x 1 set
      • 30 second rest in between sets
  3. Behind the Neck Lat Pulldown Drop Set
    • 165 – 150 – 135 – 120 – 105 lbs x 1 set
      • 30 second rest in between sets
  4. Rope Back Pull
    • 45 lbs x 5 sets
      • 60 second rest in between sets
