I had to change my back workout a little bit today since there was someone on the lat pulldown machine when I walked in.
Here is my workout break down:
- Stretch Session
- Chainsaw Drop Set
- 50 – 45 – 40 – 35 – 30 lbs x 1 set
- 30 second rest in between sets
- 50 – 45 – 40 – 35 – 30 lbs x 1 set
- Behind the Neck Lat Pulldown Drop Set
- 165 – 150 – 135 – 120 – 105 lbs x 1 set
- 30 second rest in between sets
- 165 – 150 – 135 – 120 – 105 lbs x 1 set
- Rope Back Pull
- 45 lbs x 5 sets
- 60 second rest in between sets
- 45 lbs x 5 sets
