What gets you motivated and ready for a hard work in the gym? I know what gets me going. The moment I take out my pre-workout powder, my body begins to itch.

I like to chug it as fast as possible so it can get my blood pumping ready for my lift.

When it comes to the product I am using now, I am very pleased with Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard Pre-Workout.

I used to use C4 Explosive Pre-Work, but it did not have the creatine in it that I was ultimately looking for.  I am not a huge proponent of creatine, but I think it is a good idea to get a decent amount.

Optimum Nutrition’ Gold Standard Pre-Workout has just the right amount for me at this point in my workout journey.
