GHOST® Supplements First Thoughts

I am not gonna lie. I saw these in the store and I couldn’t keep my eye off of them. When you walk into a GNC store you will see a massive number of products on the shelves around you. All of the products and brands are trying to get your attention to spend your well-earned money on their products. Ghost did an excellent job of sticking out. Well done Ghost.

Ghost stuck out to me for two reasons:

  1. The first one is pretty self-explanatory. It was most certainly the packaging and brand design. It looks like a hipster PacMan character for goodness sake.
  2. The second reason was the variety of flavors. They had everything from your standard lemon-lime to the one you see picture below, Sour Black Cherry. Let me get into the breakdown of the flavors and products I tried.

GHOST LEGEND® X WARHEADS | Sour Black Cherry

Ghost Legend is their pre-workout line. It boasts some nice nutritional facts and has the tingling feeling I like.

Take a look at a quick snapshot of the nutritional facts here:

  • 202MG Total Grams of Caffeine
  • 4G L-Citrulline per scoop
  • 2G Carnosyn® Beta-Alanine

This one is by far my favorite flavor of the ones I tried out so far, but don’t get me wrong, the other flavors are still very good.

This gave me the perfect dose of energy and the tingling feeling to give me an awesome pump and workout every single time.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

GHOST® AMINO | Blue Raspberry

This was my first attempt trying out Amino Acids/BCAAs during my workout programs/workouts. It was 100% a game-changer. Ghost has a phenomenal line of Amino Acids to help with hydration and muscle recovery.

The flavor wasn’t anything special but was still very pleasant. I tried the Blue Raspberry flavor pictured here.

Here are some quick facts about Ghosts’ Amino Acids taken from their website:

  • GHOST® Full Disclosure Label
  • 5G 2:1:1 BCAAs (Well known for triggering protein synthesis)
  • Full Spectrum EAAs (EAA stands for essential amino acids. EAA are amino acids that cannot be synthesized by the body and need to be consumed in the diet)
  • Raw Coconut Water, Taurine, a feel-good focus blend and a studied dose of electrolytes

GHOST® SIZE | WARHEADS® Sour Watermelon

Creatine is now a part of my daily intake of nutritional supplements. I was very ignorant to creatine because I was told it makes you big too fast and fills your muscles with water making it look like a fake muscle gain. Once I looked into it more, the more I know I needed to take it.

There are tons of articles and studies on just how important creatine is and why you should be taking it as a supplement, but we won’t get to that here.

Ghost has a great line of creatine products called Ghost Size with awesome flavors to choose from. I tried the Sour Watermelon and it was very good(I am a sucker for anything sour, so this was an easy choice).

Here are some quick nutritional facts about their creatine line from their website:

  • GHOST® Full Disclosure Label
  • First ever yield transparent Creatine, delivering a full 5G of yielded Creatine
  • Max clinical dose Betaine
  • Carnosyn® Beta-Alanine
  • Full 200MG dose Epicatechin
  • Max clinical dose Astragin®
